This is not normal. No matter the size and weight of your sliding door, it should easily slide open without the use of unnecessary force. If your door feels heavy and hard to open and close, this means there is a problem with the door hardware that we should be able to repair for you.
- How do appointment slots work?
We will book you a time for your appointment but the technician may arrive 30 mins either side of that time. This may be due to finishing early or getting delayed at a previous job. This means we cannot guarantee the arrival time but we make every effort to make sure it is within the hour.
- What are your working hours?
Our business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Our earliest appointment time is 9:30 am and our latest is 3:30 pm. If a job cannot be safely completed during these hours we may sometimes complete repairs outside of these hours but special rates will apply.
- Will there be a call-out fee?
There is a call-out fee of $159.50 in GST that is charged for each repair attendance.
