I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with Sean’s services. He is extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable but more importantly he has the right work ethic. He focus’ on finding a solution rather than fixating on a problem. This combination is difficult to find and is unfortunately becoming more and more rare, he is a credit to the company.
Exitoso and all the staff we dealt with, were excellent. Had 4 section bifold veranda doors repaired and they now work perfectly and now move with minimal effort. Prompt, efficient and factual with information and turning up as promised and on time.

We built our house in 2003. It has three sets of bi-fold doors on the ground level. From the very beginning the bi-fold doors have never operated as intended.
Recently the largest set of bi-folds failed completely. The first company we contacted regarding this issue seemed disinterested and advised that parts were most likely no longer available. They suggested that new doors would be required. A very expensive conclusion made over the phone without even visiting our home to inspect the doors. Fortunately we continued our search to find a better solution.
We found Exitoso and Guida. Guida listened carefully to our concerns. She explained that her company partners with FixIt Windows and Doors to service the Sydney area. Shortly after explaining our predicament to Guida we were called by Sam from FixIt. Because the doors could not be securely closed he understood the importance of resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Sam expertly repaired the doors. He was able to find solutions to each of the many issues that rendered our doors inoperable.
We are so grateful that we found Guida, Sean and Sam. Exitoso and FixIt are amazing people to deal with. They clearly care about their clients and are focused on cost effective solutions rather than problems.
Our advice – don’t waste time going to other companies. If you have any difficulties with your doors and/or windows call Exitso or FixIt (southern suburbs) for the best advice, service and outcome.

I have had a lot of tradesmen work on my house in the last week and Sean was the best tradesman. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, careful and tidy in the area that he was working in. This is very rare.
I would like to highly praise the quality of service delivered by the two technicians who attended to the repairs at our building. The technicians were very well prepared to do the job including protective sheets, dust pan and broom to clean the work area after the repairs were completed. A couple of window panels were very difficult to remove however Sean with help of the assisting tech very patiently worked on them and after a while successfully removed the panels. It was a sheer pleasure to observe the precise movements of Sean and to hear his instructions to his assistant during the removal process. The next step was to install the new rollers which required a retro fit of modern rollers to fit the old window panels. Despite the removal difficulties both technicians did not show any sign of frustration. Their behaviour was calm, polite and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
