We make every effort to ensure you don’t miss your repair appointment by sending you confirmation and reminder emails and SMS’s prior to your repair appointment. The following outlines the Company’s repair cancellation policy:
• Two (2) business days notice – no cancellation fee
• Less than one (1) business day notice but the job is immediately rebooked – no cancellation fee
• Less than one (1) business day and job not rebooked – cancellation fee applies
• Missed Appointment (No Notice) – cancellation fee applies
• 2nd/Additional Reschedules or Cancellations – cancellation fee applies
• Two (2) business days notice – no cancellation fee
• Less than one (1) business day notice and the job is immediately rebooked – no cancellation fee
• Less than one (1) business day notice and job is not rebooked – cancellation fee applies
• Missed Appointment (No Notice) – cancellation fee applies
• Three (3) business days notice – no cancellation fee
• Less than two (2) business days notice but the job is immediately rebooked – no cancellation fee
• Less than 2 business day and job not rebooked – 12.5% of Estimate charged
• Less than 1 business day and job not rebooked – 25% of Estimate charged
• Day of Repair Cancellation / No Notice – 50% of Estimate charged
• Second (2nd) or Additional reschedules / cancellations – 50% of Estimate charged
We reserve the right to enforce and apply the repair cancellation policy in order to recover operational costs incurred as a result of repair cancellations and reschedules. The company will take all circumstances presented to us
into account, to ensure fairness is achieved in the application of this policy.
